Patent Search Package
Our patent search service includes:
- A search of relevant patents and documents that disclose at least some of the aspects of your invention
- Copies of the patents and documents found to be relevant
- A comprehensive review of the relevant patents and documents by a registered patent attorney
- Up to one hour of follow up consultation with a registered patent attorney, at no additional charge

Provisional Application Package
The package includes:
- Preparation and filing of the application;
- Consultations with the attorney during the preparation stage;
- Patent Pending status;
- Application filing fees; and
- Notification of filing and copy of the application.
Not included are:
Conversion to utility application; and consultations and services after the filing of the application.

Trademark Services
Common Law Search with Written Analysis
A common law search is a way to find usages of a mark, which may indicate potential common law rights as well as potential trademark infringement liability of the applicant. The common law search will include an attorney-conducted examination of the exact mark, examination of slight variations of the mark, copies of search results, and a written analysis. Processing time is 3-5 days.

Federal, State, and Common Law Search with Written Analysis
This is an attorney-conducted examination of the Federal Register, all 50 state trademark registers, and specialized common law databases. This package will include an attorney-conducted examination of the exact mark, attorney-conducted examination of slight variations of the mark, copies of search results, and a written analysis. This package will provide an indication of whether your proposed mark can be registered. Additionally, it will provide an indication of potential common law rights as well as potential trademark infringement liability. Processing time is 3-5 days.

Trademark Filing
An attorney will prepare and file your trademark application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) . The attorney will keep you updated on the application status and respond to any minor informalities the USPTO may indicate. Processing time is 24 hours after the required materials are received. This price does not include the USPTO filing of $335 per mark per class of goods and services. This price also does not include responding to substantive objections by the USPTO, third party oppositions, prosecution work, docketing of critical dates, submission of allegation of use, appeals, and registration fees. Our hourly rate will apply to work outside the scope of this package.
